Isolated Closed Tibial Shaft Fractures:
Antegrade Reamed IM Locked Nailing is the Treatment of Choice
Femoral Neck Fractures/Displaced/Active Individual Age 65
ORIF is
the treatment of choice, Not Hemi or Total Arthroplasty
Unstable Peritrochanteric Hip Fractures:
Closed Reduction and Antegrade "Gamma Nail" IM Hip Screw Stabilization is the Treatment of
Choice
