Isolated Pediatric (Age 6-12) Femoral Shaft Fractures:

All should have acute reduction and stabilization (IM Nail/External Fixator)

Humeral Shaft Fractures/Nonunions:

Antegrade IM Locked Nailing is the Treatment of Choice

Isolated Closed Tibial Shaft Fractures:

Antegrade Reamed IM Locked Nailing is the Treatment of Choice

Femoral Neck Fractures/Displaced/Active Individual Age 65

ORIF is the treatment of choice, Not Hemi or Total Arthroplasty

Unstable Peritrochanteric Hip Fractures:

Closed Reduction and Antegrade "Gamma Nail" IM Hip Screw Stabilization is the Treatment of Choice
