I don't care what method of tissue pressure measurement you use. Image 1 shows our method of measurement. 32 years ago we didn't have analog devices and the anesthesiologist checked blood pressure by squeezing a bulb and looking at a column of mercury and kept the patient alive - if paralyzed - by squeezing a bag.

If you use the equipment shown in Images 1 & 2 correctly, it works.
