Another fracture - a low velocity fracture. It is a very benign fracture with a small entrance wound. There is severe bone damage but minimal soft tissue damage. Soft tissues heal the bone. The bone doesn't heal itself. The bone is really an unbiased, innocent bystander in its own healing.
